Pricing and Availability
As on the date of display, the price for every item on the Keekat Prakashan is correct and listed on the item's detail page. This is subject to change without notice. In case of non-availability of product, we shall take such steps as required to arrange for stocks in our warehouse and supply to you in time. Subsequently, in the event of inability to meet supplies within a fortnight, we shall arrange to refund the whole amount by cheque, to your address registered with us, at our cost. We are not liable under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, system downtime, loss of data, or for any loss, damage, or expense arising from product malfunction or defect. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Shipping
All deliveries will be made by courier as per the publisher's arrangement with the relevant vendor.
